Refunds

  • To ensure that your expectations are met we require you to download a Sample Reports of the Career Direct assessment report before your purchase your Career Direct assessment from your Consultant or from the site. This will ensure that you know exactly what you can expect from the report.(https://careerdirect-ge.org/explore/sample-reports)
  • If you purchased the assessment and have NOT COMPLETED the Career Direct assessment and you decide NOT to continue with the assessment, you may contact us OR your Consultant for a full refund within 90 days of the purchase date. If you have already COMPLETED your assessment you WILL NOT qualify for a refund.
  • To request a refund, go to the http://careerdirect-ge.org/explore/contact-us page, choose "Customer Care" and fill out the form. Please put "Refund Request" in the Comments section of your e-mail. Please provide us with your User ID and email used. This will speed up your refund processing. After receiving your refund, you will no longer have access to that assessment account.
