When one chooses a Career Consultant, they are looking for several things, most importantly that their Consultant is interested in their needs first and foremost. They want someone who is competent, performs their work with excellence, and has humility and integrity. Many Consultants, can meet these requirements. So, what is the difference? I believe that there are at least three primary differences between any advisor and a Qualified Career Direct Consultant.

First of all, they have been carefully selected and trained. Their performance are also monitored on a daily basis and improvements are recommend. The standards are high, including training as well as someone who personally practices stewardship in his or her life.They understand that they are dealing with the resources that has been entrusted to you, the goals you have, and the desire that you have to be a good steward with all that has been entrusted to you.

Second, a Qualified Career Direct Consultant is going to have a worldview of a faithful steward. It is eternal in its nature and consequently for the client it helps him or her to actually be good stewards of resources. The Consultant facilitates helping a client make Career decisions that have eternal consequences. The Career Direct Consultant is not necessarily better but he is different.

The third reason is character. We do select our Career Direct Consultants based on their Character. People in general do not care how much a consultant know, until they knows how much he cares.
